About the Designer
A born and raised Michigan native, I graduated from Michigan State University in December of 2021 with two degrees: Japanese Language and Culture (いらっしゃいませ！ページに来てくださってありがとうございます。）and Experience Architecture- the interdisciplinary study of UX, Information Architecture, and Content Strategy.
I am currently looking for my next venture in building stronger, more efficient digital spaces. My previous work has taken me everywhere from the planning and implementation of a company-wide intranet, to authoring front-end HTML, CSS, and Javascript, to completely revamping the navigation of filtered search tools used in daily company-wide employee workflows.
My future goals include studying toward an MBA, becoming an advocate for stronger web standards and more accessibility within the digital spaces that have come to take charge in our world, and creating projects that make the world an easier place to live, one step at a time!
In my spare time, I volunteer for a children's cancer organization as a performer, and illustrate both digitally and traditionally. I also have a dog, who loves to watch me as I work.
